I Tried to contact ATO and tried to call every number that was referred since my account was restricted however until now I haven’t heard anything for my tax refund it’s more than a month since i lodge it. The last person told me that they will contact me however no one did.
how do we lift our ATO account permanently from restriction?

If there is a restriction on your account.
This is due to security reasons, for example unlocking it will make it less secure as it has already been compromised before.
We understand that the process may be frustrating, but it is in place to protect your information.
You can though discuss with our Client identify support centre what your options are. If a permanent removal is possible.
