Do clients only need to lodge TPARs if they operate their businesses in the relevant service industries & earn 10% or more of their income within those industries & make payments to contractors in generating their income?

Hey @Gregmg,

That's correct if you're business is one of the businesses that's part of the taxable payment reporting system (TPRS) then that's when you need to lodge a TPAR.

If the total payments, you receive for TPRS services are less than 10% of your business income you don't need to lodge a TPAR. However, this does not apply to building and constructions services.

Check out the information on our webpage about working out if you need to lodge a TPAR.
