My spouse does not need to lodge a tax return. She receives the following all from shares:

- Dividends

- Franking credits

- Capital gains and losses

In my tax return, do I include all of this under "Spouse's Taxable Income"?

Yes, if net capital gains are positive - net capital losses do not reduce taxable income.
