Hi, my company is a NFP organisaton with DGR status. It just had its constitution updated. Other than the ACNC, do I need to provide the updated constitution to the ATO?

You do not need to update the constitution with us as its a set of rules the organisation has agreed to. You would only need to provide it if we requested it. The primary thing to do is make sure all your details are u to date with us if any restructuring has occurred.
