If you have transferred it from one device to another (https://www.mygovid.gov.au/help-error-codes-or-messages#error-message-insufficient-access-or-strengthen-your-digital-identity), you will need to delete the app and reverify your identity. Alternatively, you can request a registered agent to register the GST for you.
