My tax return was lodged 8 weeks ago and held up due to previous part IX debt agreement. I'm told everything is processed so why can't anyone tell me when I will receive my return? It's also holding up my FTB balancing

It's always difficult to give accurate timeframes when there's been a Part IX debt agreement. You're probably already aware we need to manually process your tax return and do extra checks. Hope it won't be much longer.

I was told over a week ago that all checks had been completed and my return was moved up in the queue but still nothing. This is MY money and I should have every expectation of an ETA by this point, surely! Continuously reading "we understand your frustration" is not helpful
