Hi @JACKALLAN

If you have all the details from your employer with your Gross pay and total tax withheld, you can still lodge your return with that information.

If you have made us aware of this, we will continue to investigate the issue, but due to security and privacy reasons, we cannot update you on the progress.

I've provided a link to Income statement not tax ready that will guide you through the process.

And? That doesn't help.

I've done that. Because he hasn't lodged anything, the ATO say I haven't earnt anything and therefore can't give any refund.

I need this information for parental leave. How can I tell government organisations I've worked if my employer does nothing?

Hi @JACKALLAN,

When you lodge a tax return, you'll sign it off letting us know it's the most accurate to the best of your knowledge. We'll cross-reference the information with third parties such as what your employer has provided if any. If they haven't fulfilled their lodgment obligations, we'll ask questions.

Keep in mind, we understand pre-fill information isn't always correct.

Happy lodging!

"If they haven't fulfilled their lodgment obligations, we'll ask questions". It's been over a year and nothing has changed. I've reported him. ATO will never notify me if the problem has been fixed. What is the point of lodging tax with you lot? It seems you don't check it.
