Would it be possible for the parent to make a non-concessional contribution to the family members super fund The documents would need to show that the child was making the contribution - not the parent. and then available as a super pension when they reach retirement age Or the child could take out the lot as soon as they passed a condition of release. Parent cannot prevent this. Parent should get advice from someone licensed to give it - AFSL holder.
