I am trying to figure out what is the best option to choose while applying an ABN for an Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnership.
Option 1: Partnership (select other partnership)
Option 2: Company (select Limited Partnership)
i have tried searching online but there is no information available ?
Can somebody please help with this ?

As per out page on Early stage venture capital limited partnerships (ESVCLP), a ESVCLP is a venture capital fund structured as a limited partnership.
So, Option 2 (Company [Limited partnership]) looks like it would be the most appropriate option.
