My tax debt is due for payment by March 2024, can I pay it monthly WITHOUT entering into a payment plan with the ATO and without GIC????

Hi @Scut,

 

We would be more than happy for you to make voluntary payments as often as you like up until the due date!


If there is any balance remaining when the debt becomes due and payable, we suggest organising a payment plan to avoid receiving reminder letters. If you owe $100,000 or less, you can set up a payment plan online.


GIC would only apply to any portion of debt not paid by the due date.
