MyGov code generator app helpdesk?

Help!

I am trying to lodge my tax return online. I can usually log in fine using the mygov code generator app. But I have entered the pin number incorrectly so it is now telling me to call the help desk. Is there a specific phone number I can call for the code generator app?

I've phoned [removed by moderator] (because I'm overseas) but theres nothing specific that relates to my issue and the person I last talked to was only able to help with centrelink issues.

Hi @tjones,

If you are having issues with the myGov generator app. There is a page for sign in help you may find helpful. It looks like you were calling the right number.

You will need to listen to the options to ensure you get the right area. If you go astray, just let them know you are having issues signing in. They should be able to get you to the right department.
