I did pay the pre-paid tax on time last financial year, but on the Taxation office system, it still shows I'm not paid yet and overdue, Who should I contact to solve this problem?

Is it possible you may have been making payments to the incorrect payment reference number?
When you log into your online services can you see a credit sitting on one of your other accounts?
If you can't see the payments showing anywhere in your account, then you may need to submit a missing payment request.
