We can only provide advice on tax and super requirements.

The situation between you and a tax agent around the work they performed and the billing, is a matter between you and the practice/ tax agent.

Disputing invoices or billing issues is a civil or legal matter, we’re not able to provide advice on this occasion.

However, the ACCC has information on Where to go for consumer help that might be able to guide you towards the right agency for assistance.
