My wife's TFN is still under her maiden name and doesn't line up with her married name on myGov making linkage impossible. How do we fix this?

There are a few ways with which to update your name with the ATO. Based on your wording of your question I would assume that she has another service linked in her married name, returning her name with the other services or unlinking will then allow her to link the ATO as a work around.
