Which part of the insurance invoice can I claim?

Hi all

I am going to do my tax online and would like to know which part of my landlords property insurance I can claim.

Base premium 225

administration fee 50

Gst 27.52

Stamp duty 27.26

I believe I can claim all but I have been told that I can not.

Hey @spotme

You can claim the whole amount, right now! Well, when I say right now, I mean as a full amount on your tax return. Each component of the landlords property insurance you’ve noted is part of your single insurance payment which is a claimable expense.
