Hello,


Two weeks ago, a principal authority added 3 users in Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM ). 2 users accepted the code and then 1 user didn't accept the code within the 7 days and the code expired.


Today,

  1. We received the Proof of identity (POI) outcome for the 2 users.
  2. Re-issued the code for that 1 user.

Question is, is that 1 user going to receive the POI outcome in the next few days? Or do they need to provide POI all over again and mail it to the ATO?

Just an update, we have received the POI outcome after a week of reissuing the code and accepting it. Didn't resubmit/post mail the documents and just waited.

Hi @d_expat,


If the principal authority has authorised the basic user. If the authorisation has expired. The authority will need to be re-added in RAM to allow the team that processes the POI to approve the request.


The need to resend the POI documents is not specified if the authority has expired. It does advise that the Basic user should accept the code prior to sending the POI documents.
