I have two mygov ID logins.
I can't reach Strong ID status for RAM because my passport conflicts as being used on another account.
I have worked this out myself as calls to 1300 287 539 have not been able to offer any assistance and most of the time the recorded message says they are busy so call back later.
I have determined I will need to call again and request that one of the mygov ID needs to be deleted. This cannot be done without calling for assistance and I believe it takes 28 days to delete.
While trying to get this sorted over the past 6 months I have deleted my mygov account also.
My question is does my email on all three:
mygov
mygovid
RAM
All need to be the same email address?
I understand it does for mygovID and RAM, but should I also make my new mygov account using the same email as mygovID and RAM
