Hi, I am wanting to understand the deductibility of the annual fee for a credit card. The card would be used exclusively for expenses relating to an investment property. Because it is being used exclusively for investment expenses, does that make the annual fee tax deductible? I understand any interest accrued would be tax deductible, but am unsure about the annual fee.

Hello there @beth_s,

Yes, Credit card fees would be considered a bank charge. You can claim bank charges relating to an investment property.
