Hello !


When I am trying to link my ATO to MyGov (online), the system is asking me to give 2 secret informations such as my bank account and my Super Annuation info, however it's not working (error code), I am therefore willing to get a linking code by calling [removed by moderator]. However I am overseas and can't call an australian phone number. I found another phone number for people that are overseas, but it is a +61 .... Therefore I am still not able to call.


Is there any phone number that I can call on Whatsapp to use Wifi instead of mobile data ? I tried multiple phone numbers specified on your website but couldn't reach anybody on Whatsapp.

Generally, our overseas +61 phone number does not have an issue on Wifi or mobile data. Your phone plan would need to allow for international calls.


While our overseas number is not linked to WhatsApp you could explore the option of Skype, we do have clients who use this application successfully from overseas.

What do you mean by our +61 phone number does not have an issue on Wifi or mobile data ? Does it mean that I can call thanks to Wifi (with Facetime) instead of international classic phone calls ?


About Skype, it is also a great idea, would you mind giving me the contact I could reach on Skype ? Does client usually reach you on this app thanks to a videocall or by written messages ?

Hey @laura.lovisi,


You would call using the overseas number ( you dont use the + symbol) you have within those apps. There is no contact etc you would use the app as if it were your phone. If you require help with these apps you would need to reach out to their support as we aren't able to guide. If that isn't successful for you, you may need to write in to us.
