I installed the Workforce app. I tried logging in with myGov. I usually log in with my Digital Identity but there is no option for that on the Workforce App. So I tried to log in regardless by using the forgotten password option and managed to lock my myGov account. It said to check back in 2 hours as it was temporarily locked. But to no avail. It's now more than 12 hours later and it still appears to be temporarily locked. Can you help?
I checked other answers on this community forum, but nothing has fixed it and the phone lines are currently closed. So wanted to see if there were any solutions that have been discovered.
