Hi,


Any advice would be appreciated


If you are no longer providing tax agent services, do you still need Professional Indemnity insurance to keep the licence?


I had two licences- one in a business name and the other in the personal name.


Business is closed, and the TPB licence has been surrendered.

I still kept the registration in my own name and maintain the CPD while working full-time for another organisation as an employee.

Do I still need the Professional Indemnity to keep the licence?
