I have 2x mygovid accounts due to change of name and email. who do i contact to delete one, so i can update mygov with my new name?

If you're wanting to delete one of the accounts completely you will need to talk to the MyGovID team. They'll be able to release the email address that you no longer use so you'll be able to use the documents associated with that email address to update your name.
