Should the Gross salary, under the Salaries and Wages section of the income statement lodged by my employer be inclusive or exclusive of super contributions? To be clear, I am talking about Gross salary, (not the Gross Total, at the bottom of the salary section)

When it comes to your salary and wages. The gross salary does not include any super amounts. Unless you have entered a salary sacrifice arrangement with your employer.
Any super contributions should show separately on your income statement.
