I filed my tax return and I got the EFT date as 17th October which is supposed to be the date the funds hit my account. Unfortunately, it hasn't. Please any idea of when it will come in? Thanks

The effective date is usually the date we send the refund to your bank.
Is there and EFT transaction on the account with a zero balance now showing? If so this will mean the refund has left our systems and is on its way to the bank details provided in your return.
There may be a delay in your bank processing the refund onto your account. You would need to contact them to see how long that would be.
