I have applied MES on 10 August and now is 17 October, which is almost 10 weeks. I just see the existing discussion in there which guide me to call the ATO number. I call the number few times in working hour and I have been told call the number later and terminate the call by the system automatically. Is there anyone working in ATO can help?
