Hi,
I just submitted my partnership tax return digitally using an SBR software provider yesterday (Friday), that provider is now reporting that the lodgement is missing from the ATO -- that is to say the ATO's systems appear to now be saying they haven't received the return.
The SBR provider says this is an error on the ATO end. The lodgement audit trail shows the return was successfully lodged with ATO yesterday (I have the ATO identified confirming lodgement) but it is now reporting it as 'missing'.
Is there any way to resolve this issue? Is this a known problem with the ATO's system?
