I want to ask for the superannuation because I left the country. I have australian phone number with aldi put it doesn't work. I don't receive the sms with the code to log in. And my visa expired already so I can't strength my identity and I can't use the digital identity. What can I do to log in.

What @Taxduck has advised is one option if unable to self-serve online.
You could recreate a new myGov with a different email address and not put in an Australian mobile number. Then link your myGov to the ATO but you will need to have the relevant information to be able to self-link.
