A company I was a director of was deregistered in 2019. I want to find out if any tax was owed by the company at the time it was deregistered.

Hi @GrantBradley

Once a company is de-registered it ceases to exist as a legal entity this means we are not able to discuss the record with anyone including previous directors. The company information becomes protected.

If the company become registered again, we will then treat the company as it had never been deregistered.
