I don’t have access to my ATO account because I need to verify my identity, which I did 3 months ago.


I was told by the ATO assistant that someone would call me to confirm all my details so that I could receive my tax return (security measures).


I have been waiting for 3 months for a call and every time I try to get in contact with the ATO it says they are not able to receive any calls and to try to call them another time.

You will need to speak with our Client Identity Support Centre, please keep trying to contact us so that we can help you establish your tax identity.
