I don’t have access to my ATO account because I need to verify my identity, which I did 3 months ago.
I was told by the ATO assistant that someone would call me to confirm all my details so that I could receive my tax return (security measures).
I have been waiting for 3 months for a call and every time I try to get in contact with the ATO it says they are not able to receive any calls and to try to call them another time.
