Hi, I am looking at opening an LLC in Wyoming.
Is there anything else I need to do as an Australian resident?
Or do I just file my taxes at the end of the year as foreign income, thanks.

You're correct. As an Australian tax resident you'd let us know about your worldwide income, for yourself. Do you physically reside in Australia?
The other thing you need to check is if your company needs to do an Australian tax return, if you're running the company from here. You may have what's known as a permanent establishment.
The tax treaty we have with the US has further guidance.
