FHSSS released amounts can be used to help purchase your first home.
Here are some things you’ll need to know:
- You must meet the eligibility and conditions.
- If its vacant land you purchase, it is the contract to construct your home that must be entered into to meet the FHSS scheme requirements.
- Your name must be on the title of the property or vacant land you buy.
If you’re not purchasing a property or vacant land you do not meet the FHSS Scheme requirements.
