Hi. I need to urgently speak to someone at the ATO regarding an application for a Certificate of Payment that has been returned to me unprocessed. I have been trying for over a week to speak to anyone - the number provided on the letter I received doesn't seem to give me an option for this, regardless, whatever option I choose - no one answers & there is no call back option. I need to get this issue resolved ASAP.

Our busiest days are Mondays, so we do suggest trying again later in the week.
Your best option if calling the business line is to select the most relevant option and we can always assist you in speaking to the right department once you get through.
