Hi @radhaswami8380,


It's totally fine to lodge your tax return and deregister the company after your visa expired.


We do state before you voluntarily deregister your company, you must make sure all the company's tax and super obligations are up to date.


This will be same for your ABN as a sole trader as well. Once your returns have been lodged for yourself and the company then cancel your ABN's.
