I posted my question more than a month ago and no reply from ATO yet: My toilet bowl in my investment property was cracked and leaking. The plumber advised me that it cannot be repaired and entire toilet suite needs to be replaced. Can you please let me know whether this is characterised as a repair, maintenance or a capital expenditure?
