Hi there,I created 1 payrun in Oct before I setup the STP on MYOB, and then i sent the updated event to get the correct YTD amount.But now under my ATO account-employees-STP reporting it's still missing this payrun, but the YTD figure under MYOB-STP reporting is calculated right. So when i filed the BAS it 's missing one payrun's PAYG figure from prefill.
Can you please advise how to fix it?Thank you.

BAS is prefilled from the parent period total amounts in STP. Only the pay event has parent totals. The update event has no parent totals. It is used to correct child/employee data only, not the parent data.
When you validate your BAS, you cross-check with the STP reports and fix for any missing data, such as for the scenario you describe. ATO guidance has the details of how to fix BAS mistakes.
