I'm not sure how to report my tax and I don't have spare finances to employ an accountant. Any advice? You need advice about resigning as a director in order to avoid personal liability for company tax liabilities. You also need to organise a rollover from the SMSF to another super fund, and remove yourself from trustee responsibilities for the SMSF. So advice required from accountant and/or lawyer.
