I recently arrived in Australia after marriage. My wife already has TFN, and there is no change in her first and last names. Does she have to change her married status and title? Also, while registering my TFN, do I have to put her name?

If she requires her title to be updated, then she can request us to update it for her.
When you're applying for your TFN one of the questions on the application is 'do you have a spouse?' You'll answer yes to this question which will then want you to provide her details as well.
