Depending on how you lodged your return it may take a little longer then you expected for it to be processed. If you sent the return in as a paper form they have a longer service standard. Also you would have to take into account postage delivery time which can also create a delay for you to find out the outcome. If you lodged your return through a digital option there is a guide on checking your returns progress (https://www.ato.gov.au/individuals-and-families/your-tax-return/check-the-progress-of-your-return-and-refund) through ATO Online Services. Lastly if we see you have entered something incorrectly from whats been reported to us we will normally make an adjustment. When you fill the return out and something you have entered isn't correct at all for that section we will usually attempt to contact you to find out the correct information.
