We lodged company tax return for FY21 and FY22. However, we didn't receive the notice of assessment from ATO until now. Why?

Companies are not provided notice of assessments for their tax return lodgments. When companies are lodging their tax return they usually already know the outcome of the return. The difference is usually only small and if its larger its usually due to an audit which the company would be informed of. The usual outcome is a statement of account is sent out explaining the balance of the account when we are done.
