LMCT Pluss is a promotion company. Not a charity, not conducting a registered licensed lottery, however they advertise to the public to give away a prize of 2.5 million dollars to a winning member " Tax Free" how can this be so? the 2.5 is income for being part of a business promotional transaction, this raffle is promoted publicly this on social media. I have copies of the videos being played on social media in promotion to the general public. Is this not deceptive misleading conduct?
Hi @Evan007
Sorry I can't see your video but this sounds like it falls under prizes and awards. Not all prizes have to be declared and you're right some do, it depends on the circumstances. Have a look at the link to info on our website. If you're entering a draw of any kind and the info you're provided is misleading you can seek legal advice.

Can payments to LMCT Plus for its awards and prizes be claimed as a donation?
