Hi,


I updated details of an Employee in the Super Fund Clearing House, when I search by ABN the superfund comes up, when I click the drop down box for USI. The USI I need to select is not showing, all other ones listed under the ABN except this one. It is APRA approved, current and I checked the Super Fund Look up and it exists there as well.

Why isn't it showing? How do I get this issue fixed?

Hello @SamD81,


You or your employee will need to contact the super fund if the details aren't showing up. There are times when super funds transfer their USI to a different ABN or there may be another situation where they are in the middle of some transition. The fund should be able to give you a clear explanation of the situation.
