Hello. I had a working holiday visa until November last year. I applied for DASP after the visa was over. I was using two superannuation companies and among them, only one superannuation company was refunded and the other one was not. So I asked the superannuation company that was not refunded and got a reply to contact ATO because my account was transferred to ATO on 08/04/2023.

- If there are multiple superannuation companies, is it correct that I can get a separate refund?

-It's been more than two months since I applied for DASP. When can I get a refund for Superannuation that hasn't been refunded yet?

Hi there @Sua

It sounds like you applied directly to the superfund, but if it was transferred to us, you will need to submit a new DASP application. The easiest way to apply is via the DASP online application system.
