I was a victim of tax fraud 2 years ago (somebody stole my phone, gained access to my my.gov and my bank) I locked my ato account when I found out and had all my Crn at the bank changed(hell I even changed banks)

2 years and nothing had been done about the gst “debt” on my account.

I’m this time I have done 2 refunds and I was assured that my refunds would not be offset by multiple people in the complaints department and the financial hardship department (I was approved for financial hardship after a financial assessment was done over the phone)..

my refunds were offset to a debt that isn’t mine..

now I have spoken to 35 people in 2 weeks.

no one is able to do anything apparently?

I have logged complaints and had them escalated..

I have requested 15 call backs from people higher up..

I have contacted the inspector general regarding 3 complaints.. nothing heard back

i was abused by a staff memeber for filling a complaint against him which means to me people are talking and it’s not anonymous.

I want answers..

why tell me I was getting a refund and now tell me they can’t do anything..

next step I’m going to the media…

someone please help me!!!!!
