Hello, My partner and I are staying with family for a few months and renting out our home on Airbnb. As we live in a hot climate we felt it was necessary to install aircon prior to letting the house. How much of the aircon and installation can we claim when the house is being let for 4 months or so? We installed for the purpose of renting the property.
