If I run two sole trading companies that are completely unrelated do I need a new ABN for the second one? Also

I am trying to figure out If I just need to use Abn or whether I should register my second business as a company instead of a sole trader. My first business is support work and the second, I run a Talent agency.

No. As a sole trader an ABN is like a Tax File Number (TFN). You only have one.
