I started job with a new employer in October, after 2 months the income statements started showing on ATO account with X amount, after a couple of months later now it shows 2 different income statements from same employeer, X amount and X+Y amounts contributing to the total Salary and Tax. I contacted employer they said it's ATO issue. Can you please help?
The ATO will only get fed what your employer sends over, my bet is the problem is on their end
You'd probably have to call the ATO to look into it as they can't look at your account on here. Otherwise just wait until July when you do your return and it might be fixed by then.
