I have requested a certificate of GST via secure mail messages a week ago and still no response. We need one ASAP for work. How do we get one quicker?

Our service standard for request such as this are around 28 days. If you're needing to prove to someone that your GST registered, they would be able to see it on the ABN look up as its public knowledge.
Maybe check and see if they can do that and then when you get the registration letter you can provide it to them. You could also speak with our business team and see if they can help you, but it will still take around 7-10 days for postage if they're able to process it over the phone.
