I don't have a drivers license and there is no public transport anywhere near the workplace. Can I claim for an UBER or TAXI?
If you mean for the purpose of getting to and from your home & workplace, then that's considered a personal expense and you can't claim the costs regardless of your methods of transport.

Thank you. It now appears that I will have to resign my position which will be very sad as I cannot walk etc.
You obviously carry bulky items to and from work as well and can’t possibly carry it on public transport and taxi and Uber fares are then deductible
Just to tag onto this - we have a page about what trips you can and cannot claim on our website.
