Hello i called over two weeks ago as my hecs debt was in credit 2k they lodged a manual refund sent it off to the team to process how long does this take as i expected it to be cleared into my account within two weeks?

That does seem like a while 🤔
To have credits refunded, the service standard is 28 days. If a credit is on a loan account, these types of accounts aren't meant to have a credit on them. So, this can make it difficult for it to get refunded as there are a few extra steps involved.
You can keep an eye on your online services to see when we issue the refund to you. 😊
Usual timeframe is 28 days for anything.
